The Dukes went with the same starting five as they did last night: Devon Moore, A.J. Davis, Andre Nation, Alioune Diouf, and Rayshawn Goins.
Goins got into early foul trouble picking up two early PF's. He logged just four first half minutes and no points. The Dukes will need a grand performance out of him in the second half that replicates last night's. He had 13 second half points against the Tribe last night.
A.J. Davis dropped nine first half points, while Devon Moore had eight. Freshman Ron Curry added a pleasant five for the Dukes.
JMU shot 37%, 10-27 from the field, 2-8 from deep.
Delaware shot 7-26 good enough for 26.9%, 2-9 from deep.
Dukes were 7-10 from the line in the first while DU was 9-11. The Dukes remain down in the rebounding category, 21-16. The Dukes used nine players in the first half.
Besides being hurt inside by the great Delaware post presences, they were plagued by Blue Hen guard, Kyle Anderson. He netted 11 first half points. Anderson was 5-5 from the charity stripe
