The day has come. Tonight at 6 p.m. after all the conference tournaments wrap up, JMU will find out where they will be taking their talents this week.
After all of the final predictions have been made, there's only one group of people that matter; the NCAA committee. You can predict all you want and it's a huge facet of this business, but in the end they don't matter.
The lower seed you are projected, the more opinions people will have on where/who you play. Some say play-in, some say straight 16, and some say maybe 15? In various places, senior writers put JMU in play-in games against Liberty/North Carolina A&T.
Yesterday, the Dukes' geographical destination changed greatly as ESPN's Joe Lunardi put JMU as a 16 seed in Salt Lake City facing #1 Gonzaga. Lunardi stayed with this matchup in his selection Sunday bracket.
There is a watch party scheduled for today at 5:30 p.m. inside the Convo. They will be projecting a live feed of selection Sunday coverage that begins at 6 p.m. Coach Brady and players will be in attendance.
